Q) How do I earn rewards points?

A) You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Varney’s Book Store, Kansas State Student Union Bookstore, Varney’s K-State Place, Varney’s Wireless Kiosk featuring Verizon, shopvarneys.com, and kssubookstore.com.

Q) How do I redeem my earned points for rewards?

A) To view specific rewards that are available to you, log into your online account. Click on “Rewards” under the red “Account” bar. In order to receive your chosen redemption coupon, please visit any Varney’s store location: Varney’s Book Store in Aggieville, The Kansas State Student Union Bookstore on campus, or Varney’s K-State Place in the Manhattan Town Center.

Q) Who are your Rewards Partners?

A) Visit www.varneysrewards.com. Click on ‘Rewards Partners” to get a list of current Varney’s Rewards Partners.

Q) How do I activate my Rewards account online?

A) Visit www.varneysrewards.com. Click on the purple button that says “Register and set up online account,” under “Got a Card?”

Q) Where do I locate my Rewards Card account number?

A) Your Rewards Card Account number is the top seven digit number on the back ofthe card.

Q) What if I forget my online account password?

A) Visit https://www.varneysrewards.com/password.aspx for password recovery.

Q) How do I update my account information (i.e. name or address change, etc.)?

A) Visit www.varneysrewards.com. Sign into your account by entering your email address or account number and previously created password (created during online account registration) in the top right data fields on the screen. Once logged in, click on “edit profile”. Enter new information and click “update account”located at the bottom of the screen.

Q) What if I lose my card?

A) Customers can apply at any Varney’s store location for a ‘Replacement Card’ or apply online at www.varneysrewards.com. Click on “Sign Up For Your Card”, under “Need a Card?” A replacement card will be sent via post to your mailing address in 5 to 7 business days.

Q) How do I receive Rewards points for attending K-State football and volleyballgames?

A) Sign into your online account and click on “Partnerships” under you red “Account” Bar. You will be asked to enter your Purple Pit ID or Wildcat ID. Enter and click “Update”. Due to Varney’s contract with KSU Athletics, only student season ticketHolders are eligible to receive Rewards points for game day attendance.

Q) Why am I continually denied access to setting up my online account?

A) During peak times, such as the beginning of the new semester or game days, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Q) Why should I choose email as my “primary form of communication?”

A) Rewards customers who choose email as their primary form of communication during the application process, will receive an automatic 30 points in their deposited into their Rewards account.

Q) Why would a Varney’s Rewards Partner fail to accept my Rewards Card?

A) All Rewards redemptions begin in store at any Varney’s location. “Coupons” are issued and then these can be taken to our partners in order to receive actual reward.
